The artist

Anders Mouridsen is an incredible guitarist, producer, composer living in the USA.
He grew up in Denmark and started playing music at the age of 6.
Arriving in the USA with a single ticket and two guitars, he has worked with many and famous artists :
P!nk, Taylor Swift, John Fogerty, Smokey Robinson, Meghan Trainor, Guy Sebastian, Eric Paslay, Faith Evans, Cam and many others.
He has played on Grammy-nominated songs and albums, performed on big shows and festivals, written and produced for major labels.
We are very pleased to introduce him here in the collection with this song "Cédille" written by Anna.

Story

The song "Cédille" was written by Anna, lyrics and music, in 2007, especially for the young audience show La rentrée d'Eva, in which Cédille is one of the characters.
Anna had her stroke during the rehearsals for this show, and was not able to participate or see it while in hospital in a serious condition.
The first recording of this song is in the album Le Monde d'Eva, performed by the artists of the show, Audrey Darrasse, Anna Ramade, and Jean-Luc Nemours.

In the wish to make Anna's songs come to life again, we imagined an instrumental version with Anders Mouridsen, who made the arrangement and played the guitars.
A wonderful sharing, an incredible gift and happiness for Anna, thanks to this melody that Anders finds ... beautiful.
It is also a true honour.

For our foreign friends, Cédille is also a letter of the French alphabet, the C cédille : ç
It's that very special letter in the video...

It is in the spring of 2020, in the full crisis of the Coronavirus, that this video brings another dimension to the melody... at our bedside on Earth...
